South Korea's military fired warning shots after North Korean soldiers crossed the Military Demarcation Line in the border area between the two Koreas, according to the country's Joint Chiefs of Staff. The program, which will roll out in coming months, will be open to an estimated 500,000 spouses who have lived in the US for at least 10 years.
