Another way is to bake the garlic in oven till they have fully dried. This method is faster than sun drying method. Make Powder: Once the garlic slices are completely dry, transfer them to a food processor or blender. Grind them until it becomes a fine powder. You can now sieve the powder for a smoother texture. If you don't want a fine powder, you can grind it in a mortar and pestle with your hands.
